Product
Currently, the only way to turn on your bike is with your mobile phone 📲. You can start it either with Bluetooth or directly via NFC through our mobile application. A valid user account and an associated bike with key access are required.
The battery range of a Yoda varies by ride mode:
- Eco mode: Up to 80 km
- Regular mode: Up to 50 km
- Boost mode: Up to 40 km
It takes up to 4 hours to fully charge Yoda's battery.
Yes, by law, a Yoda is considered a scooter, which means wearing a helmet on the road is mandatory.
The speed of your Yoda depends on the riding mode you select. There's a button on the handlebar that allows you to choose between:
- Eco mode: 30 km/h
- Regular mode: 40 km/h
- Boost mode: 45 km/h
No, a Yoda is a pedal-less vehicle. It is 100% electric and fully motorized.
Service
Our Yoda e-mobylettes are available exclusively through a long-term contract agreement of 12 months. We do not offer short-term rental options.
We offer two billing options for convenience: monthly payments via direct debit from your company's bank account, or a single annual payment.
Yes, early cancellation is possible. However, please note there will be a charge equivalent to 2 months of your subscription as a cancellation fee.
While we've designed a custom helmet with integrated locker for more convenience on each ride, our premium helmet is not included in our subscription model. Given the personal nature of helmets, we offer them as an additional purchase for €99, rather than a rental item.
If your Yoda goes missing or is stolen, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents happen, and we don't charge a compensation fee for theft during the day. However, if your Yoda's gps location indicate it was left unattended in a public space or on the street overnight (between 6 PM and 8 AM), a compensation fee of €300 will be charged.
For any repair or maintenance needs, simply contact us directly through the app. We will arrange to come and replace your Yoda within the next 48 hours, no questions asked.
Yes, rider insurance is mandatory and always included in all our subscriptions. We provide third-party liability coverage for riders throughout the entire duration of the contract.
Yes, sharing your Yoda Bike with colleagues, friends, or family is permitted. However, each user must create their own account on our mobile application to be authorized to ride and to ensure they are covered by insurance.

To start or stop your Yoda Bike, simply open the app, select your bike, and use the 'Start/Stop' button. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth or NFC is enabled for this feature to work seamlessly.
Sharing access is straightforward. Navigate to the 'Share Access' section in the mobile app. Here, you can let individuals scan a QR code or directly send them a unique access link. Recipients will be prompted to download the app and set up their own account. After registration, they're insured and ready to ride that same bike :-)
At €149/ month
